The basic, foundational yoga postures are taught in this session to align, strengthen, and increase flexibility in the body. A full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers to achieve full-body relaxation and balance. We believe it is important to prioritize a healthy mind and body over anything else.
Interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, is included in our Zumba session routines to help boost the cardiovascular fitness. This is definitely a fun way to be fit.
